Most might already know but i seemed to get asked by some.
Blue Pixie, Red Pixie, Orc, Yeti, Siren, Wolf, Octopus, Skeleton cards may drop from any monster below level 90.
Hawkman, Harpy, Salamander cards may drop from any monster that is level 90 to 119.
Angel, Gnoll, Naga, Kenta cards may drop from any monster that is level 120 or higher.
Cerberus cards will drop off any cerberus monster, or any level 150+ non pet type monster.
Genie pet cards can only be obtained from Genie-type mobs in the The Sanctuary dungeon, located in the waterfall area of Marduka.
A Mystic Koala card can be bought at a Gen Point Vendor for 1,000,000 Gen Points. There is also a small chance to recieve one from a Bear King's Gift Box or Prince Gift Box. It is the only pet that doesn't require taming.
White Dragon cards will only drop from White Dragon monsters and main dungeon bosses on Veiled Island.
